THE APARTMENT
The apartment is located in a very calm place, within the village, but right outside the village center. Therefore far away from all the noise and agitation that is known in the summer period. The pool is private, i.e. only for use of the guests staying in the resort. The bar at the pool is also private, only for use of the guests. There is a car parking available in front of the house.
For golfers, Sea Loft is an ideal place to lodge. It is very close to some of Algarves most famous golf courses Penina Golf Club (10 minutes) Alto Golf Club (15 minutes) Carvoeiro Golf resort (vale de Pinta and Quinta do Gramacho, about 20-25 minutes).

ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is fully furnished with all amenities.
Two double bedrooms with wardrobes on both of them (one with private bathroom).
One single bedroom.
Two bathrooms with bathtubs (one belonging to one of the bedrooms and another apart).
Fully fitted kitchen with electric stove, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine.
Dining room with seating for 6 people.
Living room with satellite television, music stereo equipment.
Granite floors.
Air conditioning in every room.
Large (21m2) and beautiful balcony with view to the swimming pool.
Garden furniture available.
All linen (bed and kitchen) and bathroom towels are provided.
Large patio with pool set in a lawned garden with large sunbathing area.
Bar service belonging to the swimming pool.

October to April: € 500 / week
May: € 575 / week
June to August: € 780 / week
September: € 680 / week (first two weeks) € 575 / week (last two weeks)
Rates are subject to change without notice, but will not be increased once your deposit is received.

THE LOCATION
The village of Alvor is located between two big towns: Portimão (5 km) and Lagos (17 Km). In the village itself there is plenty of nice restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and a variety of shops. As regards sports, there is a golf course and tennis grounds about 10-15 minutes away. Water sports are available on the beach such as: sailing boats, windsurf, waterbikes. Good place for jogging.

COAST BEACH: 1 km: 5 min. by car, 15 minutes by foot.
AIRPORT: 70 km from Faro. Approximately 45 minutes to one hour drive.
CAR HIRE: Car hire is advised should you want to see the region better and go out in the evening (especially to Portimão or to Lagos).
The best way is to hire a car at the airport straight away.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is a fully equipped apartment and its renting price includes the use of water and electricity (there is no gas available. Everything is electrical), a weekly change of bed linen and bathroom towels and the final cleaning after each occupancy.
Minimum rental is one week.
Arrival and departure date should be a Saturday (if possible).
Arrivals should be after 3pm and departure before 11am.
Pets are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
The apartment is a cared one, therefore it would be very much appreciated if the guests staying there would leave it in the same way as they found it.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of € 200 (for damages) is required when people arrive and get the keys of the apartment.
The amount will be returned at the departure, after the keys have been delivered and inspection of the apartment been done.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Should you want to rent the apartment, a confirmation will be sent to you.
In order to hold your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total renting price is required.
The payment should be made by bank transfer.
The costs involved with this are to be paid by the guest.
Once your deposit has been received, a confirmation will be sent to you and your reservation will then be definitive.
The rest of the money is to be paid four weeks before your departure to Portugal.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of a cancellation, please notify me as soon as possible.
Cancellations received 1 month (or more) before your rental period will be fully refunded.
Cancellations received 3 weeks (or less) before your rental period will be refunded 25%.
Cancellations need to be in writing (letter or e-mail).
